Once upon a sketch - HOME

Yeayyyy - on holiday this week so had time for some much needed scrapbooking with Once Upon A Sketch - so love their fab sketches that they keep coming up with.  Their theme this month is HOME and what it means to you - the photo of my GDs was taken in their garden - they live in the grounds of Hubbards Hills where reindeers roam around all year round and this was a day when we were out looking for them.  They wanted to show us the little ones that didnt have big antlers!!!!!!

I know I have scrapped this photo of the GD's sooooo many times but I love this one of all 3 of them - very rare you can catch them all together now to be honest.

I started off by using a round-the-edge punch on white cardstock.  I gutted the white cardstock so I could use it to frame the photo and also use as edging on some of the papers.  All papers used are from the Chanteuse collection by Kaisercraft and .  All edeges were inked with Ranger Vintage Photo.  I added a die cut Doily diecut which was a bit fiddly but worth it in the end, made a large flower using the Tim Holtz Tattered Floral die which once made up was sprinkled with Fairy Dust, added a couple of rhinestone flourishes, precut butterflies and here it is....

Thanks for looking

Polly xx
