Stampotique Challenge - Combining Stamps

Wahahhayyyyyyy its time again for a new challenge over at Stampotique Challenge and the theme has been set by the very talented France - combining Stamps!!! Genius!!!!

After a lot of thinking and playing I decided to use Karin (6108) and Leaf (3024) - Karin was stamped onto Neenah paper and coloured in with Spectrum Noir pens, Carols Small Flower (9166) and Leaf was stamped onto paper already spritzed and sprayed with ink. My background is just Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, and Worn Lipstick, spritzed with water and a few drops of black ink dropped onto it. I added Karins head and legs to the leaf, added a piece of text from an old book, added a border, stamped the sentiment A little garden (9087) and here it is....

Stampotique Grand Finale Blog Hop

Today is our last day of the hop and the images you have been seeing over the last few days are now available over on the Stampotique website. I have my list all prepared :O)

So today I am very excited to showcase all the lovely images that I chose to work with. Here I decided to make a little notebook using - Front Door Shubbery 6158 and an old favourite - Picture door 6146

Here is a card using - Stringed Lights 6150, Daniels Tree Topper Large Angel 6157 and another old favourite Jingle your own damn bells

I then made some tags - the first one using Underwhere 6155 and the sentiment Well la de frigging dah

Front Door Shubbery 6158, Picture door 6146, Picket Fence 6090 and Hanging Hearts 6119

All 3 tags together to make the start of an ever expanding Tag Book :O)

And finally a little wall hanging using Keep Calm 7350

Guest Designer for Cupcake Craft Challenge

Wahayyyyyyyy - I was so excited and so very very chuffed to be asked by Cupcake Craft Challenge to be their Guest Designer for September. Their challenge this week was chosen by Donna who has selected the following inspiration colour photo....

Love this colour combination - very fresh and spring-like.

So with those colours in mind I decided to make a card!!! Yep a card - its very rare I make cards - guilty of buying birthday and christmas cards, shocking I know ;o). I have used lots of 'stash' paper for my card, no inking or distressing whatsoever as I wanted to keep the card very fresh looking, the flower is made with a Cheery Lyn roll diecut, a few acetate butterflies cut out and here it is............

Wahayyy - Stampotique's Blog Hop Day 2 and New Stamp Release

Yesterday you got to see one of our new artists, Maria. Hope you enjoyed seeing her artwork!

Today we promised you a fan favorite, and we're hoping we can deliver on that. If you like spooky and strange characters, you will be happy to know Daniel Torrente has some new images coming your way. Now, I know you are jumping up and down screaming right now...but sit down and focus otherwise you might miss the sneak of some of new creations.

I decided to make a triangular box to hold chocolates in. I spray inked the card first with Dylusion Inks in Blue London and Royal Blue. I added a piece of old paper text, Stamped Oh.. Tree 6152 on the centre panel. Mini Ornaments 6153 were stamped onto Neenah paper and coloured in with Spectrum Noir pens, cut out and glued. Rivets and co-ordinating ribbon were added and here it is............

Wahayyy - Stampotique's Blog Hop Day 1 and New Stamp Release

We are so excited we've been bursting at the seams to share with you, our biggest stamp fans, the September new image release. This time around we are going to be featuring one of our designers each day for four days leading up to our Grand Finale of the release of all the new stamps when they will be public on the Stampotique Originals store.

Today, I know for one, I am thrilled to feature one of our design team members who is so talented in every way. She excels in the arts; not just stamping, but jewelry, ATC's, photography, scrapbook pages, and her miniature food and food jewelry is crazy cool!!
